How To Make The Best Smoothies Using Mango

For all of the fruit lovers out there like myself, these smoothie recipes will give you everything you need all in one cup.

The Savvy Berry Smoothie

Prep: 5 minutes Total time: 10 minutes Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries – cut
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup of mangoes (frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
  • 3 tbs of Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Set up your blender.
  2. Prepare your fresh produce.
  3. Cut strawberries into your liking. Begin opening your banana and cutting it into small pieces.
  4. Rinse off your blueberries.
  5. Liquids first. Begin pouring your 1 1/2 – 2 cups of almond milk.
  6. Add all of your fresh fruit.
  7. Add all of your frozen fruit – mangoes.
  8. Add your three spoon fulls of Vanilla Greek yogurt.
  9. Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes.
  10. Pulse 3 times and begin blending on HIGH until desired texture.
  11. Enjoy.

The Mango Tango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of mango
  • 1 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Instructions— Repeat the steps mentioned above.
